For over a decade, Stefan Bachmann has been collaborating with organizations to develop creative, effective strategies for promoting literacy and a lifelong love of reading. A co-founder of the Zürich-based non-profit Foundations in Literacy, which in just two years has grown to support library development in six countries, co-president of AUTILLUS, the Swiss association of children's book authors and illustrators, and board member for various organizations active in education around the globe, Bachmann brings both hands-on skills and strategic experience to literacy advocacy, program development, initiatives, and campaigns.
